You will analyze routing data with the internal routing platform, respond to same-day changes, and implement route improvements to boost efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and prior dispatcher or leadership experience.

• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of prior experience working in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all required safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze daily route information and implement changes to daily routing to ensure efficient improvements.
• Respond to same day changes or next day planning for service needs to ensure on-route efficiencies.
• Close routes on time by verifying data for accuracy and making the close route process durable.
• Proactively manage driver safety and security of Company assets.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy.
• Communicate with drivers to evaluate route progress and provide necessary information.
• Evaluate and escalate driver performance issues for resolution.
• Understand route sequencing to drive efficiency.
