The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in a dispatcher or leadership position, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work supports a safe and efficient operations network.

Qualifications

• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Analyze daily routing information and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Respond to missed pickups and service commitments with proactive scheduling.
• Monitor and resolve routing issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Communicate with drivers to provide necessary information and updates.
• Evaluate driver performance and address concerns.
• Create routes with maximized capacity and review loads per driver per day.
