Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Logistics Analyst to coordinate drivers, trucks, and containers, focusing on capacity and productivity while delivering reliable service to customers in Kentucky.

You will analyze route data, adjust daily plans, monitor on-time performance, and ensure safety and asset protection. Strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office are required, with prior dispatcher or supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Two years of prior experience in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize productivity.
• Analyze daily route information and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries and communicate with customers daily.
• Manage driver safety and asset security and escalate performance issues.
• Close routes on time and respond to missed pickups with corrective actions.
