Responsibilities

• Manage Freight Schedules: Oversee dock calendars, track shipments, archive bill of lading records, and keep transport files updated.
• Coordinate Communications: Serve as a primary point of contact for freight drivers, warehouse staff, and regional logistics leads.
• Maintain Operations: Track cargo space, resolve daily transit bottlenecks, and monitor load manifests.
• Support Team Syncs: Prepare routing agendas, document decisions during shift briefings, and track follow-up freight tasks.
