Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shipping schedules, freight arrivals, and inventory distribution.
• Prepare transport manifests, bill of lading docs, and dispatch files.
• Research carrier rates, routes, and logistics developments.
• Organize warehouse schedules, transit deadlines, and cargo requirements.
• Draft and proofread vendor notices, shipment updates, and internal communications.
• Maintain inventory tracking systems, freight logs, and digital databases.
• Maintain distribution calendars, vendor contact lists, and order records.
• Gather data to support logistics performance reports and updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and carriers to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prepare inventory syncs, operational briefings, and logistics strategy presentations.
• Track outstanding shipments and follow up on customs releases or missing paperwork.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing supply chain and logistics operations.
