Job summary

Verbatim Americas is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to manage logistics operations in-office. The role involves coordinating order administration, 3PL distribution, and inbound/outbound shipments with ocean, air, and ground modes.

You will liaise with customers, sales, IT (EDI), and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize costs. Candidates should have an associate degree or higher and 3–5 years of related experience, plus proficiency in MS Word/Excel and SAP S/4HANA or

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher; 3–5 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documentation; ability to write reports and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; SAP S/4HANA order processing or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Order Administration and 3PL Distribution including order processing, scheduling, expediting, returns and shipping.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via Ocean, Air, and Ground.
• Serve as liaison between Customers, Sales and internal departments to resolve service issues.
• Maintain database for domestic and international customers for reports.
