Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate daily cross-dock and regional truckload activities within a defined US footprint. You will create dispatch plans and manage communications between carriers, suppliers, and Wayfair teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of logistics experience, carrier planning expertise, and strong KPI reporting skills. On-site work at a fulfillment center with opportunities for growth and company benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of logistics experience with focus on transportation.
• Carrier planning experience; small parcel experience preferred.
• Proven track record in building relationships and handling operational exceptions.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (JDA, Oracle, Manhattan or similar).
• Demonstrated KPI measurement and reporting.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• SQL/BigQuery preferred but not required.
• Able to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cross-dock and regional multi-stop truckload activities within a defined US footprint.
• Create and manage daily dispatch/load-out plan for timely movement of merchandise.
• Manage daily communications between carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide a 360-degree view of merchandise flow to stakeholders.
• Identify at-risk shipments and propose solutions to maintain flow of goods.
• Manage carrier partners to ensure daily execution and drive improvements.
