BCforward, a Global Consulting and Workforce Fulfilment firm, seeks an Operations Coordinator (Logistics Support) for in-person work in Trenton, NJ. This part-time role supports instructor-led training sessions, handling pre-session logistics, attendee check-ins, and room readiness.

You will supervise materials, coordinate with security, AV, catering, shipping, and facilities, and ensure smooth day-by-day operations from setup to wrap-up across multiple sessions each month.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate pre-session logistics, facilitator arrival timing, attendance support, and QR code/roster backup as needed.
• Validate room setup requirements: tables, chairs, facilitator table, signage, projector, podium, microphones, power, and materials.
• Stage program materials with onsite shipping and ensure delivery to the training room, plus name tags and notebooks.
• Support facilitator access and readiness: building access, AV testing, and on-site requests throughout sessions.
• Welcome participants and provide location guidance to training rooms, restrooms, and food areas.
• Oversee catering and signage; ensure meals, snacks, and networking setups are labeled, stocked, and refreshed.
• Serve as onsite issue-resolution point with Security, AV, Catering, Facilities, Shipping/Receiving, and Leadership Development CoE.
• Conduct end-of-day cleanup and packing of unused materials, arranging return shipping or storage as needed.
• Ensure continuity across program days by coordinating with facilitators for future session logistics
