Qualifications

• Experience in logistics support, warehouse operations or distribution.
• Strong time management and attention to shipping detail.
• Confidence communicating with transport partners and warehouse teams.
• Ability to manage several freight priorities without missing delivery deadlines.
• Working knowledge of inventory tracking systems or Microsoft Office.
• Practical approach to solving problems and following through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Helping organise carrier shipments from load planning through to delivery.
• Maintaining dispatch schedules, dock timelines and inventory progress trackers.
• Liaising with vendors, drivers and internal departments on transport requirements.
• Preparing shipping manifests, bill of lading documents and delivery reports.
• Monitoring transit activity and flagging potential supply chain delays.
• Coordinating dock resources and supporting day-to-day warehouse distribution.
• Assisting senior logistics managers with carrier reviews and performance updates.
