Qualifications

• Must be organized and dependable, able to prioritize assignments
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems
• Preferred: general property maintenance or construction experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and assignments to ensure on-time completion
• Assist and train team members; monitor attendance and dress code
• Coordinate work schedules, staffing needs, and overtime with Facility Manager
• Open warehouses and prep shipping equipment for daily ops
• Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Maintain accurate inventories with Purchasing Manager
• Inspect buildings/grounds and perform routine maintenance
