Job summary

NVR Mortgage's Loan Servicing Team is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to directly support homebuyers across the Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes brands. This on-site role is based in our NVR Mortgage offices.

You will respond to borrower post-closing calls, handle loan boarding, payoff processing, taxes/insurance disbursements, and investor reporting. Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Servicing (preferred) OR Accounting experience.
• Customer orientation skills, with comfort talking to customers/investors over the phone.
• Attention to detail with ability to hit deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to borrower post-closing phone calls
• General loan servicing activities such as loan boarding, payoff processing and disbursing taxes/insurance
• Reach out to borrowers regarding first payments
• Process borrower payments
• Uploading closed loan files to investors for review.
• Review of agency loans to clear edits prior to purchase
• Prepare data transfer related to the purchase of loans
• Process wires and import purchase advice information for purchased loans
• Accounting and reconciliation of purchased loans for accuracy
• Boarding, reporting and audit/oversight of loans boarded with NVRM subservicer
