Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and organizes loan applicant information for review by loan officers.
• Assists with loan closings by preparing closing documents.
• Records new loans, files, processes payments, and maintains loan records.
• Collects loan payments and services loans.
• Answers customer inquiries and delivers excellent member service.
• Prepares documents for association reports per policies.
• Greets customers, answers phones, arranges appointments as required.
• Operates standard office equipment.
• Assists loan officers in gathering collateral information.
• Performs other duties as requested by the branch manager.
