Provide excellent customer service to loan customers by preparing, scheduling, and executing loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures as well as applicable Federal and State Regulations. Ensure all necessary loan documentation, including credit reports, verification, and tax returns, are properly collected, updated and executed. Record and cancel titles, UCC’s and deeds of trust. Assist customers in making draws and payments on lines of credit. Notarize documents as needed; file. Assist in the preparation of loan packages for committee approval. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the loan system and loan requirements. Work through loan exception report to ensure liens are perfected. Perform a variety of duties to provide profits for the bank and attempts to fulfill customer needs by possessing overall current knowledge of bank products and services and actively seeking to sell and cross-sell the bank’s services to new and existing customers. Perform all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
