Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years' hands-on maintenance or related experience required.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, plumbing, electrical problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of assigned property to ensure safety and comfort for tenants.
• Manage grounds including snow removal, landscaping, and debris removal.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with vendors for external work.
• Maintain and update work orders, incident reports and maintenance files.
