Job summary

RPM Development Group in Keansburg, NJ is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to serve as an off-site superintendent for a residential building. Responsibilities include maintaining the site, addressing work orders, turnover of vacant units, and handling on-call emergencies.

Qualified candidates should have prior superintendent experience, be capable of minor repairs (electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting), and maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a building superintendent.
• Experience with minor repairs including electric, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of assigned property.
• Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.
• Able to operate industrial cleaning equipment and snow removal equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must live within commuting distance to respond to maintenance on-call and weather-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the site in good working order and in accordance with RPM policies.
• Clean and maintain exterior grounds, common interior areas, and parking garages or spaces daily.
• Address Work Orders and respond to maintenance requests.
• Turnover of vacant units.
• On-Call emergencies handling.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, products and supplies.
