Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Lead Operations professional to supervise production workers and coordinate daily activities for Event & Exhibit Services in Nashville, TN. This in-person, full-time role requires strong interaction with customers, team members, and vendors to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include planning daily production schedules, assigning standby labor, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of trade show, warehouse operations and/or related experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email; familiarity with TSS and Concierge Elite.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and job orders for workers and assign duties.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Produce production schedules, labor budgets and estimates of worker hours.
• Supervise and dispatch all work performed and supervise subordinates.
