Associa in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Lifestyle Director for its 55+ active adult community. You will plan, coordinate, and execute lifestyle programs and events to enhance resident engagement and quality of life, while aligning activities with HOA standards.

On-site role, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm with occasional nights/weekends. The position requires strong organization, excellent customer service, and experience in lifestyle programming, event planning, and budgeting for active

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in lifestyle programming, event planning, hospitality, or community engagement.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage resident programs and activities.
• Experience in an active adult 55+ community preferred.
• Experience in creating and managing budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
