Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a proactive Safety Field Representative to serve as on-site safety engineer across pharmaceutical laboratories, cleanrooms and regulated facilities. You will advocate safe work practices, enforce EHS programs and coordinate with project teams to embed safety into all activities.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/life sciences EHS, strong OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with travel between sites. Full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS/safety field experience in pharma/life sciences environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and report-writing skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Safety Field Representative across pharmaceutical labs, R&D spaces, cleanrooms and industrial areas.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EHS compliance.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; develop corrective actions.
• Lead safety training, toolbox talks and new-hire orientations.
• Maintain safety records, permits, reports and compliance logs.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into operations.
• Track safety metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support emergency planning, audits and regulatory inspections.
• Promote a strong safety culture through coaching and observations.
