Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will greet prospective residents, present floor plans and amenities, and guide tours to help secure leases while delivering exceptional resident service.

This part-time role requires weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, and the ability to manage administrative tasks, applications, and leasing paperwork with accuracy and a resident-first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and leasing compliance or willing to train within 90 days.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi/OneSite).
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present community features, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in events.
• Administrative tasks: lease files, verifications, follow-ups.
