Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for an on-site role in Dallas. The position focuses on greeting prospective residents, presenting property features, and guiding tours to secure leases while supporting resident relations and administrative tasks.

The role requires weekend availability, knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing regulations, and proficiency in MS Office and PM systems (Yardi or OneSite). A strong customer service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits, including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Support resident communications, lease renewals, and satisfaction efforts.
