Whitecap Management, a division of Doran Companies, seeks a Roving Property Support Specialist to support apartment communities across the Twin Cities metro. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, and prepare leases while traveling between properties with a focus on exceptional customer service.

The role requires adaptability to different sites, strong organization, and a knack for coordinating with property teams. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to different properties and teams.

Responsibilities

• Give dynamic property tours to prospects.
• Screen applications and prepare leases for multiple properties.
• Travel across the Twin Cities metro to assigned Whitecap properties.
• Maintain and file leases, renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Assist with renewals, delinquency notices, and lease paperwork as needed.
