Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations for a community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, sign leases and process paperwork, while maintaining accurate traffic and follow-up.

The role requires on-site presence, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills; familiarity with Fair Housing laws and OSHA expectations is a plus; the team offers a collaborative culture and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Complete leasing paperwork and close the sale with follow-up.
• Manage prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, and maintain data accuracy.
• Assist in developing and implementing monthly marketing plans for the property.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support in operations such as lease audits and unit turns as needed.
