Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite).
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset; excellent customer service.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and conduct apartment tours.
• Present features, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents per guidelines.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas.
• Assist with resident relations and lease renewals.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Support with administrative tasks and reports.
• Document interactions using logging procedures.
• Assist with property inspections and report issues.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Assistant Manager daily tasks.
