Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours highlighting features and community amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, and transportation.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and deposits.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain listings and create advertisements to promote vacancies.
