Job summary

SunRidge Management Group, a Dallas-based leader in multifamily property management, seeks a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary sales and customer service representative for the community. You will greet prospects, present features, and guide tours to secure leases while supporting resident relations and admin tasks.

This full-time on-site role requires weekend availability and a customer-first mindset to drive occupancy goals and high resident satisfaction across communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ADA; training within 90 days.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite).
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects warmly and guide them through tours of available apartments.
• Present the community’s features and benefits, including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents in accordance with standards.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in resident and community events.
• Accurately complete lease files, guest cards, verifications, and follow-ups.
• Collect rent payments and issue receipts when requested.
• Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and reporting.
