Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary sales and customer service representative for the apartment community. You will greet prospective residents, identify housing needs, and present the property's features to secure lease agreements.

This role supports resident relations and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations and high resident satisfaction, helping to achieve occupancy goals and uphold SunRidge's standards of service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and ADA; training within 90 days if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and conduct tours of available apartments.
• Present features, floor plans, amenities and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leases according to guidelines.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas.
• Complete daily traffic logs and leasing reports.
