Bender Companies is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant for our Richton Park community. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, showcase features, and ensure a high occupancy rate with exceptional service.

This on-site role requires strong sales, communication, and regional knowledge, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction. The position includes weekend hours and a competitive base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing or sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with rapport-building ability.
• Knowledge of local leasing laws and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Present available apartments through tours and communications.
• Collaborate with property manager to attract and qualify tenants.
• Market vacancies via listings, social media, signage, and events.
• Explain features, pricing, and lease terms to prospects.
• Guide prospects from inquiry to signed lease while ensuring policy compliance.
• Stay informed on local rental market trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist with resident retention and community events.
