Job summary

Henrob Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop our production teams at the New Hudson site. You will align daily activities with KPI targets, ensure safety, quality, and cost controls, and foster a high-performance work environment.

You will guide staffing, training, and TPM initiatives while partnering with Operations to optimize master schedules and production planning. 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership and 2–3 years in supervisor roles are preferred; a 2–4 year

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• 2–3 years in a direct supervisor role preferred.
• 2–4 year degree in business or manufacturing engineering preferred; work experience considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to assigned personnel to meet daily deliverables and KPIs.
• Ensure trained staff and resources to manufacture high-quality products per specifications.
• Monitor KPIs and anticipate issues; maintain 5S and center of excellence.
• Support TPM initiatives and collaborate with Operations Managers on strategy and master schedules.
• Lead projects to drive Kaizen improvements and foster a safe, productive workplace.
