Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, Montana is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive our continuous improvement strategy. You will facilitate Lean initiatives, analyze workflows and data, and partner with leaders and frontline teams to improve safety, quality, experience, access, efficiency and stewardship.

The role emphasizes facilitation, coaching, and project contributions to identify root causes, test solutions, implement standard work, and sustain measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• LEAN application, training and coaching experience preferred.
• PM certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities.
• Partner with leaders and frontline teams to improve safety, quality, experience, access, efficiency and stewardship.
