Job summary

PurgeRite LLC is seeking a Technician I to support field operations across the U.S. This role assists in mobilization, execution, and demobilization of flushing projects under the supervision of the Senior Tech, and is ideal for an active learner committed to safety and quality.

You will follow SOPs, keep equipment and vehicles ready, assist in site setup and documentation, and work to build client relationships with professionalism as you grow within PurgeRite's technical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a safe, insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; able to pass background checks.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred; commitment to zero-incident safety.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn flushing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobilization/demobilization, site setup, teardown, and night shift operations as required.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are ready; perform pre- and post-job checklists.
• Strictly follow SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and technical accuracy.
• Maintain tools, facilities, and vehicle cleanliness; assist in documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe driving record while operating company vehicles.
• Collaborate professionally with team members and customers to support a positive team effort.
• Engage in continuous learning to understand flush equipment and mechanical systems.
• Represent PurgeRite with professionalism and punctuality to build client confidence.
