CORE is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Sr. Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for complex healthcare projects in Boise, Idaho.

You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost, while coordinating with trade partners and clients in occupied facilities. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in construction, with 5 in supervision, healthcare experience, CHC/ICRA/OSHA-30 certifications, and a proven track record delivering large-scale healthcare campuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with 5+ in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Certification in CHC and ICRA highly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification and strong safety leadership essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
• Coach subcontractors on safety and ICRA compliance in healthcare settings.
• Maintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path.
• Interface with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues.
