Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; associate degree with 24 credits acceptable with acquisition experience.
• Minimum 10 years of specialized acquisition management experience.
• DAWIA Contracting Level III or DoD equivalent; graduate education may substitute for experience/certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain DoD secret or higher clearance if needed.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition and contracting organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level acquisition and contracting expertise across the procurement lifecycle.
• Review requirements for compliance with federal regulations and policies.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation and procurement packages.
• Develop SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, acquisition plans, and related docs.
• Assist with contract modifications, option exercises, funding actions, and closeouts.
• Monitor procurement actions for schedule, funding, or performance risk.
• Provide advisory support and guidance on acquisition policy and guidelines.
• Lead on-site contractor support and liaison with Government leadership.
• Develop status reports, briefs, and decision-support materials.
• Maintain audit-ready acquisition records and milestone tracking.
