Linkitall LLC is seeking an On-Site Lead to support a government contract at Carlisle Barracks. This role grants operational authority to manage daily task execution, interface directly with the COR, and resolve technical issues, ensuring work is performed safely and to contract standards.

The candidate will oversee on-site personnel, coordinate daily activities, monitor attendance and timekeeping, conduct routine quality checks, and report incidents and staffing concerns to the Off-Site

Qualificações

• Experience performing or coordinating services similar to the contract.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred; government or military installation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, guide employees, and maintain service quality.
• Ability to meet installation access and background screening requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily task execution and coordinate with the COR.
• Provide hands‑on oversight of on-site personnel supporting the government contract at Carlisle Barracks.
• Ensure employees complete duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and report staffing or performance concerns.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and documentation; report incidents or safety concerns to the Off‑Site Contract Manager.
