OSSAM CONSTRUCTION, INC in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks a Senior Construction Estimator for a full‑time, on‑site role. You will prepare detailed estimates, perform quantity take‑offs, review drawings and specs, and develop cost projections.

You will coordinate with project managers and engineers, solicit bids, and update budgets while supporting value engineering to optimize costs and maintain quality. The role requires several years of experience, strong knowledge of materials, codes, and local

• Experience in construction estimating and quantity take-offs for various building types.
• Strong cost management and budgeting skills to monitor project financials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with project teams and subs.
• Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, and digital plan review tools.
• Several years of proven senior/lead estimating experience.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and local pricing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs accurately.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Technical degree or certification in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and collaborative work.
