GCON is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead end-to-end commissioning of large-scale data center facilities in West Texas. You will manage L1–L5 testing, coordinate across project teams, clients, and third-party agents, and ensure uptime, redundancy, and compliance across all systems.

• 8-10+ years of commissioning on mission-critical/data center projects.
• Experience delivering L1–L5 commissioning scopes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full L1-L5 commissioning program for large-scale data centers.
• Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and level-gate workflows.
• Define criteria for each phase and ensure readiness before progression.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and third-party agents.
• Oversee risk management and maintain schedule integrity.
• Lead client meetings and reporting for level completion.
• Drive standardization of documentation and digital tools.
• Oversee final L5 acceptance and project turnover.
