The candidate will oversee grounds and interior spaces, perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting, and manage work orders to ensure safety and efficiency for a premier workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year related work experience in commercial real estate/retail property maintenance.
• General facilities maintenance knowledge including basic plumbing, electrical, and flooring work.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations applicable to facilities maintenance.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; some college level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and building systems to meet design specs and environmental conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations; manage schedules and scopes of work.
• Open/update/close electronic work orders; generate periodic maintenance reports.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize operating costs.
• Review building operations, preventive maintenance, training, and equipment status regularly.
• Maintain building lighting systems and perform related repairs.
• Assist with moving furniture, installing fixtures, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
