• Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed, person-centered care.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Hendersonville, NC and manage a caseload.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including substance use assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group counseling for clients at various stages of recovery.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory and agency standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care and participate in case consultations.
• Support crisis intervention and communicate with referral sources and community partners.
• Educate clients and families about recovery resources, harm reduction, and relapse prevention.
