The role schedules, staffs, and trains shop personnel across milling, carpentry, metal fabrication, paint, electrical, and crating while coordinating with project teams to ensure on-time delivery. Competenze

Minimum of 6-8 years of industry related fabrication experience including management level responsibilities.
On-site role reporting to Las Vegas office at least 5 days per week.
Oversee fabrication departments: milling, carpentry, metal fabrication, paint, electrical, crating.
Lead, staff and train teams; forecast labor requirements and scheduling.
Develop relationships with trade schools to recruit fabrication talent.
