Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead, staff, and train warehouse team to meet workloads.
• Set working hours to align with production demands.
• Manage warehouse layout, storage, racking, and stacking of crates.
• Maintain workload schedule and communicate with production teams.
• Identify risks, ensure materials are on hand, and meet deadlines.
• Provide warehousing expertise to meet client expectations.
• Track time, manage PTO, organize files, and train team.
