Job summary

GPJ is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Las Vegas facility. This on-site role requires close collaboration with production and procurement to schedule staff, manage workloads, and maintain accurate time tracking and PTO records.

You will optimize warehouse layout, oversee staffing decisions, and forecast labor needs based on project workloads while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Travel is minimal to Las Vegas-based operations only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 10+ years of industry experience.
• Significant experience in the exhibit industry, especially warehouse setup, staffing and management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staff scheduling.
• Forecast labor needs based on project workloads and manage PTO requests.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage with efficient racking solutions.
• Set working hours to meet workload demands and ensure on-time production tasks.
• Maintain internal workload schedules and communicate with stakeholders.
