HP Inc. seeks an experienced Large Format Printer Field Service Engineer to join the Global Customer Support Organization. You will provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for HP Large Format Printing equipment.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, software, and network configuration with a strong customer-service mindset in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or commensurate work experience.
• 6–8 years of related work experience, preferably in HP products or on-site customer support.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, training, maintenance, and repairs on customer’s Large Format Printing equipment.
• Determine site and equipment requirements.
• Understand customer goals and identify consequences of various solutions.
• Work according to project, installation, and escalation plans.
• Configure system hardware, software, and network components.
• Assemble and integrate system/product and verify operation.
• Provide customer with an overview of installation activity and site information.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and meeting them.
• Handle customer-relations issues promptly and escalate as needed.
