Qualifications

• Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Reliable transportation to run calls on site.
• Access to a computer and internet to log into your portal.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the tech portal each workday by 9 am to accept and map calls.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule onsite visits and confirm service windows.
• Parts are provided by manufacturers and shipped to you; you will pick up at FedEx and return removed parts.
