Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops across customer sites. This is a 1099/per-call position, with pay based on the number of calls completed and starting at $35 per call.

Onboarding includes Dell and Lenovo certifications. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and daily portal logins by 9 am are required to plan routes and log calls.

Qualifications

• Must have prior hands-on experience replacing laptop and desktop components.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel.
• Willing to complete Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Log calls and map routes in the tech portal by 9 am.
• Pickup parts daily from FedEx/UPS for your territory.
• Complete services at residential and commercial sites.
• Work on a per-call 1099 basis with pay per completed call starting at $35.
