Job summary

Distro is seeking a hands-on Crew Supervisor to manage daily field operations in the United States. You will lead the crew, assign tasks, manage equipment, and ensure safety and efficiency on every job site.

You will monitor work quality, enforce company policies, provide training, and coordinate with the Division Manager to meet deadlines while maintaining morale and cost effectiveness. This role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior work in industry.
• Must have supervisory/leadership experience.
• Willingness to learn English; clean driving record; landscaping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laborers and ensure compliance with work orders and policies.
• Prepare crew for daily assignments including equipment operations.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and on-site safety per OSHA.
• Report progress and safety hazards to supervisor; keep job sites clean.
