Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of landscaping industry experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license; DOT medical card or equipment certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on landscaping duties and operate equipment while ensuring safety and quality.
• Provide daily direction and on-the-job training to crew members; monitor performance.
• Interact professionally with clients on-site and communicate job status to supervisors.
• Accurately document daily labor hours and materials usage; maintain timesheets and logs.
• Promote safe work practices, PPE usage, and compliance with safety protocols.
