Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial or residential landscaping experience.
• At least 1 year leading a landscaping crew.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in using landscaping equipment safely and correctly.
• Oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding to a high standard.
• Ensure crew clocks in and out at each job site correctly and on time.
• Communicate clearly with the Account Manager about project updates or issues.
• Provide suggestions to improve landscaping tasks and crew efficiency.
• Assist in planning property visits with the Account Manager.
