Providence Landscape Group is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a field crew on job sites, ensure safe and efficient work, and deliver quality projects on time. The role includes developing and training crew members, planning assignments, managing materials and equipment, and addressing client issues under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of landscape maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and able to communicate in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Two years of professional landscape maintenance experience required.
• Strong leadership and reliability; willing to work varying hours and conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Create schedules with management and follow job specifications, including materials and timelines.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within guidelines and timeframe.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled in line with horticultural practices.
• Complies with equipment preventative maintenance program.
• Inspects each job site weekly and maintains punch lists.
• Identifies ways to improve work processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Communicates with onsite clients per communication plan.
• Responds to client requests and follows up on needs.
• Keeps manager informed of client concerns and site communication.
• Maintains safe working conditions and follows safety guidelines.
