Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer Foreman to join our on-site team in Chester, VA. This full-time, in-person role requires coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining signage, and communicating logistics plans across teams.

The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years of site coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and lift up to 100 lbs. OSHA safety practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating workflow on construction sites (up to 4 years).
• Strong communication, time management and integrity.
• Able to stand/walk long periods; climb ladders; read and write.
• Must be tech-enabled; uses iPad for sitelogisticsplans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site signage and designated walking pathways.
