About The Role

We are looking for a Logistics Foreman to join our team on site in Chester, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with subcontractors to coordinate site activities including excavations, walk paths, deliveries, crane activities, etc.
• Maintain site signage and designated walking pathways.
• Communicate logistics plans efficiently to multiple parties onsite.
• Coordinate logistics plans both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Technology inclined; comfortable with computer and iPad for updating site logistics plans.
• Up to 4 years of experience coordinating workflow on construction sites.
• Strong communication skills, time management, and integrity.
• Agile/mobile, remain alert, able to stand or walk for long periods, use hands and arms, climb ladders and scaffolds.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, read/write, and see/hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs. 75% of the time.

Preferred

• Experience in an OSHA-compliant safety environment.
• Ability to work outside, overtime, and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness required every day.
