Aufgaben

• Manage a client’s referral send-out work for Mayo Clinic Laboratories as directed by client management.
• Provide onsite customer service and be a resource to a client’s clinical laboratory staff.
• Handle receipt, verification, processing and shipping of biological specimens.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and monitor reports to resolve issues with specimen submissions.
• Duties may include LIS maintenance, document handling, and end-user feedback groups.
